Payment is due at the time of purchase. We offer a 14-day no-reason refund policy for all our SSL certificate products.

• Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
• No reason is required to request a refund within this period.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• After the 14-day period, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
